Fabric 360™ was built to rethink textile waste. At the Raeford plant, thousands of pounds of high-quality wool top and spinning waste are created each month. Instead of letting it go to landfill, we reclaim it at the source and transform it into a product with a long, useful life.

The Process:

Collect 100% wool waste from the Raeford textile plant
Sort and inspect for vegetable matter and color
Card and prepare the fibers for felting
Felt and shape by hand or machine
Dry, finish, and package as Woolve Pack™ Dryer Balls
